From our break, we learned to take care of ourselves. To put everything on hold just to keep us in check. Mind Body and soul. Don’t forget to take a break. You deserve that.

One of our favorite is STREET SMART. They have a lot of Filipino street  novelties like tempura, squid balls and fish balls to choose from plus their sauce is KILLER!

Freediving in Bogo City

So this is also the season where we traditionally go to the beach, bask under the sun, massage our noses just in hopes that we get that bridge some height.

We here in Bogohaknown Ko, would like to take you a lil over the edge of safe and go a step closer to extreme.

How about trying freediving? Just beyond the shoreline of Brgy. Odlot and Marangog lies magnificent wonders hidden and waiting for you to dive in and enjoy.

Grab your goggles and head out!

PS. Make sure you know how to swim. No corals and fishes were harmed while they are diving

Today we put all our attention to this perfect pair. They are like the pen to paper, the shoe laces to your shoes. It doesnt make sense but you get the point.

That’s how Russell Abao and Charen Brignas are to each other. They compliment each other. No, they are not lovers but on the dancefloor they are a couple.

The two are slowly making waves in the city and the neighboring municipalities becoming our favorite dancesporter.
